Custom Orders Terms of Sale

By placing an order with GAS Bowstrings, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Production & Shipping Estimates
All quoted lead times and shipping dates are estimates only. They are not guaranteed. Production times may vary due to order volume, material availability, and manufacturing demands.

2. Shipping Method
Your selected shipping method applies only after your order has been completed and shipped. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time, build time, or lead time.

3. Color Variations
Product colors displayed on the website are for reference only. Actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, dye lots, and manufacturing processes. GAS Bowstrings does not guarantee exact color matching to on-screen representations.

4. Custom Order Finality
All strings and cables are built to order according to the specifications submitted at checkout.
Once an order is placed:

• It cannot be canceled.
• It cannot be modified.
• It cannot be returned.
• It is non-refundable.

All custom string sales are final.

5. Customer Responsibility for Specifications
By submitting your order, you confirm that you have verified and selected:

• The correct bow manufacturer
• The correct bow model
• The correct corresponding string and cable lengths

GAS Bowstrings is not responsible for incorrect selections, measurement errors, or compatibility issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

General Terms and Conditions

Trademark and Copyright – Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of GAS Bowstrings, LLC.

Credit Card Payments – We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.) Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing of your order.

GAS Bowstrings accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal

1-Year Warranty Guarantee – GAS Bowstrings will warranty the defective product for up to a year after purchase for serving separation upon proper installation. Dissatisfaction with the purchaser’s color selection or a combination of selected colors does not qualify as a manufacturer defect, therefore is not covered under warranty. Please make sure your bow information is correct before submitting your order as we will not warranty an incorrectly ordered string set.

Privacy Policy – All your personal information will be kept private and secure when you make a purchase through GAS Bowstrings, LLC.

Returns/ Refunds – As we are a custom bowstring manufacturer, all sales are final unless covered by warranty. Please call (606)612-5156 to speak with a Customer Service Rep or Bow Technician about any return questions.

Taxes – Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where GAS Bowstrings holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
